Accepting photography submissions for our 11th volume, to be published in April 2017. All University students are invited to submit. The deadline for submissions is 11:59 p.m. on Monday, March 13th.

We welcome investigations into topics including urbanism, design, planning practice, and policy evaluation through a wide variety of perspectives and mediums. We also encourage original research such as GIS analysis, photojournalism, and design work, all accompanied by text explanations of the work's impact on planning ideas.

The editors welcome work from all University of Michigan students, though students in the Taubman College of Architecture + Urban Planning are especially well-suited to publish. Agora staff members work with accepted authors throughout the Winter 2016 semester to polish their pieces for publication.
AGORA invites you to submit original photography for publication in its 9th edition. We will consider a wide range of subject matter, though submissions should focus on humans and their interactions with each other and the built environment. We want to see people and settlements of all kinds, and we know you have some amazing photos that are worth publishing!
All submissions will be blindly reviewed by the layout staff and the highest rated images will be selected for publication in the 9th edition.
